Therapeutical protein and peptide have greatly expanded our ability to treat a variety of human diseases. With the vigorous development of therapeutical protein and peptide industry, extensive analytical testing regimes are needed for in-depth characterization and to ensure product stability, proper in-process controls, safety, and efficacy. A higher demand is put forward for proper traceability technology，which is the basis of accurate and efficient measurement. This symposium aims to plant a seed for a concerted effort toward the development of appropriate standards, in which researchers and regulators can share a passion for producing the highest quality products through controlled production and robust characterization.
